If they're going to continue to dilute to fund the plant then this is not a buy anytime soon, if they dikute further we'll see similar action on the share price like we saw this week, they will be announcing a reverse split which is, as any company that does a reverse split, another hit to the share price. I'm not bashing I've just seen lots of companies do these funding rounds
