From a yearly low of 8 cents...

And to be trading now at 32 cents,is not too shabby. There are no concrete business plans put forward yet,and all this hype is pure speculation, that may or may not evolve into processing ore,we shall see.We do need more cash, and where is this coming from?I say sell some non core assets, but i personally dont comprehend how they move forward without massive dilution.I see a private placement forthcoming, and the way s/p is heading, that will be at a lower s/p rather then higher.I hoped for 37 cents, but i dont see that happening now.Thoughts????

My personal thought is that you have no idea at all. At least as far as FCC is involved. Thoughts????

I guess that processing plant they have was unplanned.

There's a webinar about critical mineral with FCC, NGC, NBY and RCK https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_sev77qS0QSK0zOvQM98tEQ?t=1615242633666&fbclid=IwAR0O4zGcEZJuoWmBwpoLn8nO6kutC-OG_HzFDa1aw3iuSkKNqXFVV6LdGTI

IMO we are headed for more dilution and a lower share price before this starts to move again.  No cash flow.  No revenue of any kind.  No mineral resouce as FCC is not a mining company and 18 months before production.  I should have gotten out a month ago.

Hey, could you elaborate a little more on your comments? Appreciate your comments.  I spoke with Trent and watched his presentation this morning. He said they have about C$30 Million currently; he said they are in the late stages to get a debt loan about USD $45 Million ($45X 1.30 rate) =C$58,500,000. Total Canadian = C$88,500,000. The estimated cost to get the refinery up and ...more

I was also speaking with Trent on the call today and he said FCC has been included in the Government's Critical Minerals discussions and is singled out as a strategic project.  OEM/battery discussions have intensified as commercialization draws near. A new VP will join the team to help on that front.  I thanked him for his efforts.

Thank you JM1011.  What you have provided here is the kind of information that is often not known or shared.  Far too many times I have bought into the most promissing stock and watched it drag on.  Pumped up.  Drift down.  Repeat over and over all the while the dilution increases ---- sometimes you just dont know.  Is this the same all over again?  If a loan can ...more

Silverad0,                  I have read your comment on Funding clarification by JM1011.  My initilial reaction  when you wrote today about First Cobalt  "No cash flow.  No revenue of any kind.  No mineral resouce as FCC is not a mining company.....  I should have gotten out a month ago"  was to wonder  ...more

I am with ELJ. I am long on FCC and think it is right on track. The Glencore feed contract without the need to rely on Glencore for refinery funding to me was a big deal. So was the Canadian govt money. Had I been able to predict the SP drop from its peak of course I would liked sell all shares at the peak and then use to increase my holdings - the $10M ATM uthorization is what I think pushed SP ...more
