If you read the press release carefully, they have not actually secured the loan yet. They have entered into an exclusivity agreement, which means that once CIBC Capital Markets (the prospective lender) completes their due diligence and dots their I's and crosses the T's, only then will they approve the loan. This is good news to be sure, but the news is not what everyone thinks it is

Jeez, you own almost as much of the company as Trent does. I wish I could say I owned that many shares. There was a time that I had that much money to throw at investments - and then I went back to school to get a math degree. Now I just want to pay off my student loans LOL

Same. 2017 club. That November we were in Yosemite freaking out and afraid to leave wi/fi range. When you make over 100k in an hr...you don't forget it. :) We are headed in a great direction.
