Hard to interpret what he is saying, but I think he is talking about trading being halted due to extreme volatility. My interpretation is that he believes we are going to hear good news any day now that is going to cause a sudden, massive spike in the share price, which will cause a "circuit breaker" to trigger and trading will be halted. I forget what the criteria is for the circuit

Thanks Math - yes that's what I was alluding to. The Halt criteria does seem a bit vague on who calls it. The exchange or the company. Hopefully Goat will give us his thoughts prompting his post and reply to my questions.

  Always the exchange. It's not determined by a human but rather it's a program or procedure that is built into the exchange that when certain boxes are checked, the trading is stopped for 15 minutes.

Ok thanks again Math-  that's comforting in our situation at FC. We're all expecting the finance announcement  fairly soon however I say it's a June  date , and knowing it's not a management call to Halt is good. ..... and must say I think the ticker is broken and stuck on .345
