Just for fun

What price WOULD you accept for an acquisition?
Comment by Silverad0 on Jul 21, 2021 12:16pm
Im thinking $4.00/share.  Some will think I am crazy but the potential as well as current position need to be part of the equation.  Considering the insane move towards EV's of all types yes FCC is/would be a $2 billion dollar company maybe more.  Then there is the Idaho property.  The price just went up! Anyone else? Nice to see the bump in SP today.
Comment by BelieverCo27 on Jul 21, 2021 12:22pm
I could live with that :)

My math tells me that with the refinery firing on all cylinders, the value of the refinery itself, property and land claims, etc, FCC will be worth a little over $2/share in a couple of years. Just bare bones fundamentals, tho, no forward looking built in. So $2, maybe $2.25.

This is the range I'm kicking around also. Just reviewing the letter FTSSF sent to shareholders of eCobalt dated 7/11/19 (see FTSSF website, Press Releases) Have to say, many of the warnings from FTSSF management at the time did not come to pass and JRV just halted at .51 with SO many very irons in the fire including much interest from US Feds. We had converted shares of JRV and sold at a loss ...more

let's remember Mell is itching to spring the RS.... he's told us so @ 7 to 1 ...... you think he'll let it run to $2.00- ? That's $1.60 usd ... that's $11.20 usd on a USA  Exchange. . Nice to dream.
Comment by BelieverCo27 on Jul 21, 2021 3:28pm
Ahh....the ol RS to list on the NASDAQ. Yep. You're right Gold Dad. Yeah....funny we haven't heard any mention of uplisting lately... hmm Just having some fun while we wait to see whats up with this JRV halt. It would have to be an EXTREMELY hostile (lucrative for us!) merger/acquisition with the current FTTSF SP but JRV has put it out there that they WILL be acquiring a refinery. Ok ...more

Good point, GF... forgot about the promise to RS to list on NSDQ. Looks like the ceiling is around 65-70 cents USD if he's that anxious.
Comment by Goldfather on Jul 21, 2021 4:19pm
FYI - .60 Ca= .48 usd X 7 =$3.36 usd. which (per Mell's) last vids is OK  for US exchanges..

Depends on what they have in mind. NASDAQ minimum (at time of listing) is $4.00 USD at the time of listing. For OTQB, it's pennies. We would surely want to see a NYSE or NASDAQ listing.
Comment by Goldfather on Jul 21, 2021 5:44pm
What are the rules to be listed on NASDAQ? ( I'm told not all below must  be met.... only one or parts)   Shareholders Equity of at least $2,000,000. At least 100,000 shares of public float. A minimum of 300+ shareholders. Total assets of $4,000,000. At least two market makers. $3 USA minimum bid price of the company stock. Public float ...more

Well, I'm sure you know, the NYSE and the NASDAQ are different, with different listing requirements as well as de-listing criteria. NYSE is an auction market and the NASDAQ is a dealer market. The fastest thing to do is Google the requirements of each (OTC, as well) because that's exactly what I'd be doing to check my facts!
Comment by Goldfather on Jul 21, 2021 6:32pm
27- that info is  copied from Google . It added the $1- nyse staying requirement .
Comment by BelieverCo27 on Jul 21, 2021 6:36pm
Exactly. As I said. That's what I AM doing...would have to do...Google it...etc.
Comment by BelieverCo27 on Jul 21, 2021 6:39pm
The main point, though I wasn't positive and assumed YOU already know, is that depending on what FTSSF has in mind, the requirements are different for each exchange.
Comment by Goldfather on Jul 21, 2021 6:55pm
27- yes agreed.....and it does seem there's  different criteria which can be used for each company...... and Mell is hell-bent on a USA listing. He thinks the low sp is from penny flippers ....... not his years and years of (not)  getting refinery financing.  : )
