I hope we ask TM this afternoon about how this debt structure is working out?  We would appreciate some details today...JRV buyout announcement seems very diluted for its shareholders. Lets hope for the best !!

TM keeps reminding shareholders not to worry about the  catalyst financing deal which may be funded by  the company.
Comment by BelieverCo27 on Jul 27, 2021 7:23pm
Hmm, the Tweets TM sends out like this last one about Noront Resources (up 69.23% today!) Not helping to make us feel more patient. I get it, he's hinting to stay focused on the future, etc. Okaaay......

Mell says in yesterday's interview starting at 27:32 he knows a RS scares shareholders, and will wait for better tail winds. Sites an auto contract as an example. Very smart Move Mell !! As that RS dark cloud was red flags to shareholders and now should trade higher w/o those hand-cuffs on a rising price.
Comment by Starkicker on Jul 28, 2021 9:56am
That he even mentions or is considering an RS is bs. You RS to stay on an exchange in troubled times, not get on one. You get on it through having a viable business.
Comment by NatureBoy on Jul 28, 2021 11:11am
A red flag if the RS is played. Of course shareholders would be nervous! Concentrate on building shareholder value and ( as Starkicker mentions) a viable business. this slight of hand with RS talk IS BS. A RS is always in the arsenal of possibilities, but keep current focus on capacity to generate revenues, build out capacity and branding the company.  Perhaps a good reminder that any   ...more

Tell me when Mel is going to RS so I can dump everything before he goes over the cliff.
Comment by Goldfather on Jul 28, 2021 11:05am
Sounds like the RS is (now) a couple years away. Well after the Refinery is up and running.
Comment by BelieverCo27 on Jul 28, 2021 11:10am
I really hope you're right GF. My pom poms are getting a bit freyed! Your prediction of less downward pressure from TM's statement (promise?)seems to be playing out a bit this morning.
Comment by Goldfather on Jul 28, 2021 11:20am
Hey 27 ... Ya Pom poms are nearly worn out ! But listen for yourself starts at 27:32. FC should replay on their site. He specifically says the RS scares shareholders... and FC will need better tail winds . Brief transcript over at Yahoo FC board by TestingCat. Shelving the RS 2 years will help the SP and Mell even admitted most RS fail.
Comment by dothemathpeople on Jul 28, 2021 12:02pm
I guess Trent has never avoided giving a str8 answer?  the RS makes sense, from anyone elses perspective other than existing shareholders.  But technically, fundamentally, and practically, IF they want to attract the next level financings, and additional sources of potential debt or equity, they might just need to come in at a buck.  Definately if they want to attract any US ...more

Ok Math. Do the RS after  the Refinery is up and running w/ revenues and after our SP is at $1.00 cad. But first we need  Financing completion to de-risk this company. Will it finally be this August ?
Comment by NatureBoy on Jul 28, 2021 1:43pm
Agree, dothemathpeople. Especially your acknowledgment that "the RS makes sense, from anyone else's perspective other than existing shareholders." My concern is about EXISTING SHAREHOLDERS. :) might I suggest that insiders step up to the plate and demonstrate strong personal commitment by buying up bigger positions now and move sp up? How about it...Trent Mell, CEO; Ryan Snyder, CFO ...more
