Epic fail!

That was quite a spectacle today. Acquiring financing is one of the most significant catalysts to move a new company forward. That did not occur today. Trent said just a couple days ago that this was going to be the most important catalyst of the year - oh yeah? It blew up. Almost five times normal volume today and you can bet a lot of them were buying - but despite the massive volume the dilution is so bad it couldn't even bump up the stock a couple cents. Disgraceful. I can no longer think of any future catalyst that will be successful. All that hype and we never went anywhere. Time to dump this dog 100%.

I was Ok with everything until I read your pessimistic viewpoint Goat, as you are not normally so pessimistic. Hopefully the Share price will creep up next week and you will change your mind. I agree that it has been a very frustrating ride, especially for longs. FCC needs to do something to get the price up for shareholders who allowed this company to persist until now. My bottom line is I'm ...more

Thank you for your input Einstein. Truly, you are correct - I am not normally so pessimistic - and indeed I am grateful you pointed it out to me, I needed that. It was a frustrating day. I am torn this evening. I really believed in what I was investing in and the reasons for it - I live here near the refinery and it employs local people perhaps someday my own children. But I have to see results ...more

I sympathize with you Goat. I have been waiting for years not only to recover my losses but also to earn something for my patience and stress and lost revenue stemming from not investing elsewhere, Hopefully within a month (2 weeks would be better) we will see a share price rise a few cents above 0.30 or I will lost faith in management's ability to reward retail shareholders, regardless of ...more

I definitely appreciate the sentiment from goat but , in short, if the business itself is on the right track (and they are), then the rest will follow. If you are actually long then little to worry about. They have the funding to do what they set out to do. Clearly there is more happening on the backend too. If you need some of your funds pulled now (everyone has different situations) probably ...more

Goat, I'm sure I speak for many of us here, when we get something from you, pointing out boots on the ground movement, hiring of locals, we listen and we start hype in our own heads, through your eyes. I think this company is on the right track like mentioned previously. As soon as production starts, the stock will move up. They are facing resistance to get to the next level, but its coming ...more

Hold tight ...the "great disconnect" between Miners and end users ( widely reported by Simon Moores and others) has yet to reveal its self and many are very comfortable that the pressure of the demand and supply are clearly coming and battery and critical metals analysts are somewhat baffled and are going to look pretty dumb if what's forcast does not materialize.  based on ...more

Goatburner. Yes this is a very frustrating stock.  I am not impressed at the pace at which FC is moving forward.  When I look at what I originally invested in a couple of years ago and what the investment is today I have to ask myself what the hell did I invest in to start off with?  I believe FC is going to pay a very decent return for most of us. However there is no guarantee and ...more

Sorry but I don't agree with the "epic failure" statement.  FCC have said all along that financing was going to take place so the announcement was hardly a surprise.  They have delivered and are on track to meet their schedule.  I sense that many stock holders on this forum expect large returns overnight on a consistent basis. That isn't going to happen. This is a ...more
