Is First Cobalt Trying To Get Into NASDAQ

With First Cobalt considering share consolidation from 1 for 10 to 1 for 18, I'm wondering if they are in financial trouble or trying to pull a FSD Pharma and XORTX in trying to get into the NASDAQ?

Usually, share consolidation happens if a company is in financial trouble, so what up with that plan?

Share consolidation is a common practice for most if not all ventures. It's nothing out of the ordinary whatsoever. Its true that some companies will do this for short term funding if they are struggling. Usually near bankruptcy. However in fcc’s case it's a strategic corporate action.
