Reverse stock split

Good morning all, it's good to see a contra position - it makes things interesting and we can learn from them. I completely get the idea the some of you, for whatever reason, don't think a reverse stock split is wise. But the fact of the matter is Electra voted positively on a reverse stock split, should it be deemed wise and beneficial to the Future of Electra. This happened circa December 3 - 5. Electra is now in the position, with unanimous support to go ahead and execute an RS if and when necessary. This is no accident -it's planned and will occur. The reason being, and for the life of me I don't know why you guys don't get this - is that no matter how much good news this stock has gone nowhere. There is simply too many shares out there and the pie is split too thin. A reverse stock split is necessary to enlarge the so-called slice of pie bigger so that it can better react to market forces and good news on progress as we go forward. Trent himself said about 6 months ago during an interview that there was way too many stocks out there. I really don't give a damn if you guys like it or not - your opinion is uneducated and not based on fact. The only way to go forward is with an RS or we will continue to wallow where we are - which might be acceptable to you - but but not to me - got that?

This incivility is uncalled for and fails to address the question

Goatburner,                        We are clearly on the same side of the "Reverse Split topic" in that we both see it as inevitable and useful, not from a financial engineering point of view (which, in my experience, has been sometimes invoked by companies in financial trouble), but for more strategically astute reasons.
