I asked the company about this. They mentioned that insiders have been restricted from buying because of reporting and the review process.

Do you have a reading comprehesion problem?  Publkic companies have blackout periods and they  restrict insiders from buying/selling shares when a transactionis pending.

Just because you say it, doesn't make it true, specifically here.  Yes it happens.  Is it happening with ELBM? I do not believe it is.  SHOW us where it says that anywhere.  Prove that there is a "blackout" period on ELBM.  Cause I think you are full of sh1t.

Some of us work and aren't glued to a bb forum.    Since you're so smart, I'm surprised you're unaware that listed companies have to follow policies set out by TSX-V/Nasdaq that cover insider trading, quiet periods and dealing with trolls.  Ask Alexa/Siri to find them for you or have they already told to GFYS?
