Agree completely, Math, with your observation of likely collective positions. More disturbing, perhaps, is that some here may think otherwise, raising serious questions about the competence and lack of diligence with respect to the Chairman's role and obligations for oversight and governance. Board Chair is NOT a mere ceremonial role of gosh sakes!
