$1.10. All that offering has to clear through.  this is the most frustrating and disappointing stock I have.

I think all the PP offering has alread "cleared through".  Almost 68 million shares of ELBM sold on the Nasdaq July 25th after the LG Energy supply announcement.  This gave the PP subscribers ample opportunity to unload their positions at huge profits. Stock manipluation plain and simple otherwise why didn't management announce the PP after the LG Energy supply deal when
