I think I read ...
That they needed about 21 million to complete the refinery ... So producing something is positive and looking forward seems positive to me ... August is the worst month for all stocks and so a good time to
Load up...

Definitely good to be optimistic, but also a little cynical. I'm not so sure September or October are going to be very kind to stocks this year either. Very tough economic conditions for a start-up with no revenue. Glta.

Here's your answer to that... a little more than $21M... more like $70-80M. The total capital spend for completing the refinery project is currently estimated at $155 to $167 million of which $81.7 million of capitalized development costs have been incurred to date.

Is there any evidence that they have actually built anything so far, or has the entire first $81.7 million all just gone to consultants and executives?
