Well if they are looking for a buyer, that means any who held before consolidation would have been divided by 18, and  then "" IF "" a company does pick this up ELBM I believe what we will get is around 10 to fifteen cents for each share. Now if that is not Highway robbery then the government and regulatory agencies for Canada and Onario surely doesn't care about the ...more

WHO would buy an unfinished POS, that still requires a minimum of $60M in additional financing to complete?  And now the CEO has come out an said it will be non dilutive, so; debt.  THIS is a major fail to this point.  Major.  They are now $0.04/share, pre consolidation price.  So, even lower than when they first grabbed the shell and started this entire scam.  How ...more

I mean TM also left his last company hig and dry, after raising lots of cash, and having little to show for it.  And that company has still not made it.  FALCO?  PEARTREE ...more

Ya that's been a multi year pattern. If they own shares, with all the constant pessimism, I don't know why they don't bail and especially why they didn't bail before when prices were higher. If they are short, which I highly doubt, then I understand the constant pessimism. If they own shares long, then I don't understand what good they do for themselves and others by constantly ...more

It is important to not waver in the quest for the truth. This company, and their management, and officers, are less than that.  When they talk sh1t, it must be exposed.  Like it or don't, there are two sides to the market.  Additionally, if you want to read just the tag lines, and take them for gospel, that is your perrogative.   Mine is to call them out, and decipher their ...more
