So this is a loan facility. They can draw on it to pay for things. Seems like equity investments have dried up considerably. Makes no mention of any conversion clause or the like going forward. Anyone know what the $20M USDOD "terms" were? I have not been able to find them and am interested to know if that too, is meant to be paid back?
