CannTx deal.... Is it a certainty?

I'm concerned, expected to close late August, last I heard, expected to close in October... Did they get CannTx shareholders approval? When announced, weedmd, at the time, share price was around .30. this is to be an all share deal.. if I'm a CannTx shareholder, and have not voted... Now sitting at .15.
