.. and the SP goes up 25%! A farce of gigantic proportions.

Well it is only a.02 stock. Bid and ask between 2 and .025  is evening out which is an indicator that the next step is .015 and 2 . Don't expect any real PR next announcement will be receivership. Wry has left the building.
