Bc court

This is the reasoning for the decision on continuing the injunction until trial.

Interesting read. How Durrance thought he could get away with simply stealing Enwave's technology (even down to their templates for sale agreements) and set up a rival company just across the BC border is mind boggling. Glad the Court saw through their denials. Looks like Enwave is on track to win this case. And I hope they're awarded legal costs and punitive damages.

Definitely worth reading. We have industry recognition by mr. Hoen of binder, a competitor that Enwave really has no competition in its expertise with vmd systems. Shame on bC hop.
