Big day yesterday as they announced they officially closed their previously announced bought deal public offering and the Additional Over - allotment option.
- resulting in total gross proceeds of of $8,629,600
- with Canacord Roth Canada, ULC, Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc., and PI Financial Corp.
Really to an update from ESE to see what projects they are looking to put this capital towards
In other news ESE’s acquisition deal with Digital Motorsports should be closing within a month
The market is prime for consolidation and this deal have ESE taking off throughout Europe in a hurry.
