$ESE Announces LOI with Frenzy
$ESE $ESE.v announced some great news today that they’ve entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire Frenzy, a European esports media and technology company.
Under the terms, $ESE will acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding securities in the capital of Frenzy, paid for half in cash and half on shares.
The acquisition will allow $ESE to directly expand their relationship with media conglomerate Polsat, which provides unprecedented infrastructure for scale, growth, and bandwidth.
