Funny enough, 4-8 was where I pegged it 1.5 years ago. It depended on the capital structure of the company, and a equity raise around the $3. I think that 4-8 range is out of date. My DCF analysis

Vector vest says ETL is worth less than fifty cents and that's not BS .

They are funded for around 2 years from this point, so no immediate need to raise capital.

Very low probability in the near to medium term. Dilution is going to suppress the stocks ability to jump higher.
