Your def right UNKLAL, this didn't happen ovenight and had to be in the works for awhil which begs the question......Why the hell would Chris buy 300k shares @ 2.50? And why the hell would E3 be looking for money now when only last week they reportd they were in good shape for remainder of the year?  As I early stated, E3 is going to need a S&*$ load of cash after the Pilot Project

I have 45000 shares, that looks like a loss of $9000 today.  I'll be out of this before the pilot plant results.

They had about $17 mil in cash. There was no need to do this at this time and at this depressed price point. We were trading around $2.70 so what raise some cash 17% lower than our trading range? And the $5mil is going to general corp purpose...so salaries? We watching you Chris.
