It's amazing to me that E3 is providing no statement about this action, especially over the last 2 days.   Just another reason why investors don't trust management.

I agree. Insider buying of a couple thousand shares may come across as a lame attempt at supporting the share price. If they actually bought 40 thousand, 50 thousand shares, that would send a clear message to Shareholders. I sure hope they do something. Even the standard, 'we don't have an explanation for the recent selling pressure, there are no significant changes in the business to

Agree we need a good NR on PFS  If we keep going this direction E3 might need the NCIB or a Poiscon Pill (if allowed). If everything is the same as all the NR portrayed and good DD was undertaken this company has quite a bit of value that we are not seeing in the SP. cheap take out always in my world a possibility.
