Of course he's going to end the mandate to force people to buy EVs. It was a pipe dream all along.This doesn't mean the EV revolution will end. It does mean that Chinese-made EVs using Chinese lithium will NOT be sold in the USA. This is good for North American lithium producers.
He also stated "I'm not against EVs ..... they have their role". Trump knows demand is there and is growing. And by the time he's out of office in 2028, E3 will be ready to roll.

If anything proved true from Trumps first presidency, it's that the rhetoric doesn't necessarily match his actions.
