This press release is an epic fail and nothing but fluff on all levels. They could have just had the headline as the press release. No timeline, no capex numbers, no guidance....what third-party technology will they test since their own dle tech didn't work? This dog is worth only land value = $0.10 per share at most....I was right when I predicted this would fall under $1/share 8 months ago. The stock would go up if they announce putting in place CEO with real experience.

Agreed....in part. It's not a bad idea to do a demo, it might be a requirement for a off take or partner backing. That being said, there is A LOT of key information missing that they should release. I strongly believe Chris needs to be removed and a more seasoned CEO put in place. That being said, who would take the job? It is probably a limited pool of people Look, shareholders voted yes to

That makes sense doesn't it?  During this cooling off period, someone has asked them to prove it?  Then they are in? Maybe that company is funding this build?   I don't see doing this for any other reason.

I think it makes sense to test the planned extraction process. I think that the original plan was to use in-house DLE extraction process, and now E3 plans to use a different extraction process. Investors/partners want to have some assurance that the pilot plant will work at scale. i imagine that their will be some government support to build this plant.

If there is government backing or some kind of financial support, then make that a part of the announcement.  This sounds like a bunch of 12 year olds planning to build a treehouse (no plans just a good old time having fun). This announcement shows a lack of foresight and respect for shareholders ownership.  These guys need to get their act together. I am not against the plan to do this

I totally agree. Someone, or even several parties (e.g. government and potential industry partner) have asked them to "prove it". I too see no other reason for them to build a demonstration facility.

Well I hope they announce backing so the stock will pop, I can drop. It's the management I am dumping, not the resource.
