Uranium is making a buzz.............
why merge in the first place???????????????????????
does Dusty owns 5% of PAX? is that why?
is it conflict of interest??????????????

lots of questions because I don't know the logic of merging with this company.

Maybe they are merging because at some point, their Slovakia deposit will be taken over. They want to have something else going on instead of being left with nothing. That is the only thing I can think of.

it is not very logical. You can always start after they buyout. this merge doesn't make sense to me. we are merging with a company that is not even a TSX venture stock. we will have more shares. i think this is conflict of interest because he owns 5% of PAX. we would have been trading at .15 - .20 cents now that all Uranium stocks are running. instead we have been halted for almost 2 months ...more
