Well gotta agree with you on the point that the German market is highly restrictive and yes the acceptance of cannabis within the medical profeesion is far from wide spread but its coming around and you just have to goggle to see that . That news is as good as the news on Jan.30/2019 "    The German distributor has agreed to purchase a minimum of 2,250 kilograms of dried cannabis over the initial two year period and can increase the amount ordered on the acceptance by Eve & Co.  The parties expect the first shipments to commence in Q1 2019."  Sorry to tell ya but insolvency coming soon !
