Had a great meeting with the new investor relations group for Evome...Finally they have a great group that can create a great website, investor deck, host proper quarterly calls and press releases while also arranging investor calls for Mike. They didn't say but all is being worked on now...they told me Mike will be meeting with potential and current institutional investors in Montreal and Toronto August 12/13/14 then back to Montreal in September for an investor conference.

I cann't wait to hear about the 2qrt results august 01, i hope they have something really interesting to show at the institutional investors in mid august. So far the market expectation are low.

The 2 qtr results for me will be a huge tell as to if Mike is the real deal or not. Numbers do not need to be spectacular, just solid with a positive EBITDA. If he can provide that I can see shareholder value increasing dramaticly from current levels.

i know I had said August 1 and I may have been wrong...speaking to IR group and they are coming back with a date...kmowing they wouldn't meet investors before Q2 results are out I assume they will be out sometime before August 12th. You guys can email the IR group if you have questions. Will let you know if they tell me.

These reults have to come before their meeting with the institutional investor 12 13 14 of august. So we have to wait 2 weeks instead of 1 week that may explain why there is no real action lately.

Not halted. I think most investors and potential investors are waiting for the Q2 results which should be out any day now.

just go to the TMX website...tmx.com...shows all the trades on the TMX which is 286,500...total volume now 516,500. Hope that helps

Yes I must confess not being a tax accountant in this case definitely makes it harder to understand what is going on here. Need to go back and compare previous quarters revenue numbers.

yes...interest was high...plus add the depreciation and amortization which are non-cash items you end up with a big loss...need to sell the last two non core assets they have promised to wipe away remaining debt and eliminate all the interest charges. I am sure we will get more details on call next week.

Next two quarter are crucial for EVOME, BIODEX is the key so how big is this market 50 millions 100 millions if it is the case and they sell the non core asset and cut the debt we are in business for good numbers.

100% agree...and Mike is doing it...has already completed sales of 2 other assets and says these two will be sold...has re-tooled production and added new sales channels into Asia and the USVA

So far Mike has been clear with his guidance and has done everything they said they would. I am confident in them selling the assets to pay down debt. They have done everything they said they would and the market has confidence in him too.
