Last trading week before christmas, not normally a time for large transaction numbers. Last week could have been an anomaly, but considering the uneasy market, I think not. Someone is picking up shares for a reason.
If we see last weeks accumulation trend continue, it's time to take heed and stock up as this is a prequel to a run taking place in the new year. If not, then put that 2 cent order back in, as thats where this is heading.
This week should be the tell tale. My bet would be to pick up shares soon, as we are heading for a spring run, ust not convinced its starting now.
