Baselode Energy Corp. is a Canada-based uranium exploration company. The Company is focused on discovering near-surface, basement-hosted, high-grade uranium orebodies outside the Athabasca Basin. Its projects include Hook, Catharsis and Shadow. The Hook project is located 40 kilometers (km) southeast from the McArthur River mine, 60 km northeast from the Key Lake uranium mill, and 16 km west of all-season Provincial highway 905 and powerlines. The property encompasses 62,000 hectares adjacent to the Athabasca Basin. The Hook project is hosted within the basement rocks of the Wollaston domain. The Catharsis is located 75 km southwest from the Key Lake uranium mill. The property encompasses 136,000 hectares 60 km south of the Athabasca Basin edge. The Shadow is located on one of the structural trends observed in Northern Saskatchewan, the Virgin River Shear Zone. The property encompasses 30,000 hectares along the Virgin River Shear Zone 30 km south of the Athabasca Basin margin.
