financing are dilutive hence the pullback  long, long term no issues with this stock

looks like they couldn't get enough backers for a larger financing so they lowered the size and price of the offering. I think James thought everyone would be clammering to get into the PP given the great results but times are hard....conserve your cash guys....reduce your exploration budget and try to survive until better times for risk assets resume. Tax loss sellers are kicking themselves ...more
