RE:Are we blind-sided!
The Mitusbishi JV is a HUGE milestone and the funding for the road and bridge is also an important milestone. There should be a re-ratng of the share price to reflect the increase in value.  That is what used to happen but is not right now across the whole univerae of small preproduction mineral and resource companies in Canada. It is not unique to FL. Many of similar companies are very undervalued and do not get appropriate response to important discoveries and other important milestones. That hurts the companies and starves them of capital (instead of offerieng smaller numbers of shares at higher prices as they hit milesones (efficient and also rewards original shareholders) they often have to sell increasing numbers of shares at lower prices, punishing shareholders. Then shareholders loose interest and proces are even lower.

What are you missing? I don't know for sure it seems to be structural within the markets. Terry Lynch of Power Nickel and a group he has assembled called Save Canadian Mining have some ideas. Part of it may be algorithmic trading by venture capital, mutual funds, big banks, who autimatically get short exempt status when they get access to direct pipes to back office to do algorithmic trading. Another part may be thre internet trolls who jump in and bash the company and its leaders with false information that is greatly amplified . I would expect more of that right now. People will bash the Mitsubishi deal (it is good) and the road funding (it is major progess). I do not now how the different structural pieces are related but the net effect is lack of re-rating with discoveries and important milestones and gross undervaluation. Nothing wrong with FL at this moment. Making progress.
