Hello to you - my explanation is very simple contract are bought on a daily basis, it's all about fundamental economics, supply and demand as of yesterday at the spot price lithium as drop from 457 500 Yuan to 455 500 yuan is about 67 940 USD$ / ton Cheers

Thanks for that Raff. Isn't that the way it's supposed to be, supply and demand? It's the way a TRUE and HONEST market should operate!!

I have talked to a few metals professionals and the story I have been told is that the Li contract is still new and very illiquid. Most of the actual contracted transactions on Li are nopt done on this market yet. They are private contracts between industry players. That makes sense to me, but i have no way to verufy it. Best of luck

Thanks ridethewinners. That makes sense. And another thing that I see on the Trading Economics website under lithium is CNY next to the price. It's the Chinese currency. Interesting!!

I'm very surprised that lithium is not on either the CBOT Exchange in Chicago or the London Metals Market. Most other metals are on these exchanges, so why not lithium?

Daily seems to be bad mornings and end of day rallies for FL atm. Buying comes in once price knocked down.
