First Quarter

5 million revenue vs 2.7 million revenue

Good Start to the turn around!!!!!

Remember almost none of the revenue from the acquistion in the quarter as it closed very late in March.

So all acquistion one time costs in this quarter and little of the revenue.

Expect the acquistion to add another 1 million to each of the 2/3/4 qtrs

Also there are dozens of deals in the pipeline.

To get to my year end number we will need to close one of them.

I fully expect them to win 3 -5 over the course of the year

Also I expect some movement on the edge products as well.

Revenue for Q1 roughly twice that of Q4 2021, and only a small amount was from CrossConsense. The hardware and licensing revenues were multiples of Q4. SaaS revenue only up slightly but this will improve during the year. Piper

Tylor, I have said it before. You are fitting in well with the MORONS on this board.....There is always an excuse.......A loss is a loss......Now your cost is 73 cents.....Lol, I will remind you of that when it drifts back down into the 60's. There is always next quarter and next year like always......
