I don't think the auditor issue will be resolved as the overtime has demonstrated. The AGM call is very near, maybe even late? Last (proxy fight 2020,2021) time it was delayed through an application to the B.C. Registrar of companies.  If they delay again using the same tactic, I think it will clearly show they need to pack their bags in a hurry.

I think the problem is that the shareholders are being stonewalled. The most likely problem for stonewalling at FNC is that they can't seem to get accurate numbers for the QR to be released. They probably know that whatever numbers they come up with will be contested and could have a severe negative impact for shareholders.
