The Thing

Maxmoe, who I haver never met has a beautiful way of expressing what lies behind the corporate doors of what I consider a now disabled exploration company. Chequers is right, it was taken over by malicious financial manipulators. The "thing", that swoops in like a flying monkey trying to distract from the truth narrative is just that, the thing.  Interruption and stupidities aside, this story is to be told and not forgotten. It serves as a reminder to other juniors to watch their backs and also as an educational tool for other investors and operators to clearly show how badly people can and will behave.

P.s. forget to add PTX to the previous list of crossdirectors.

Seems like the thing is right on cue. The facts are distorted as usual. I don't think I would want a limo driver if this is what is on offer, thanks. For those who care to learn about or revisit the proxy battle of 21, .The news releases put out by the Concerned shareholders in 2020-2021 will help explain. It was a case of ugly manipulators and old hands metaphorically stabbing the co-founder ...more

I would also point out they lost the first vote. Or were about to. So the meeting was postponed until the champion block could be moved to their side of the vote, and the gang exercised multiple millions of super cheap options to vote for their side. This delay continued into the fall from the spring using whatever excuse they could. Once the deck was completely stacked, fixed, they were able to ...more
