Don't we have PulseIR to deal with IR?  how good is Paradox in terms of capital markets advisory?

The price of the deal seems extremely low for the number of clients that this is bringing to Fobi.
I wonder if the low price and the related agreement to retain "Paradox" are related....  Did Wallet-com had an agreement with Paradox that Fobi had to honour?
