could be a reverse takeover in the making.....Insider accumulation at bargain price, then consolidation  to maybe relist to a major exchange.  Most of the time, not good for longs ...more

New Auditor

Like that they completed the latest fins and then have the auditor changed quickly, giving the new auditor and the company lots of lead time until the next QT fins.
