Did the spin out get approved by the court?  If so what is the timeline until the shares get listed? Then when
do the F4 shares get listed?

These guys have been successful at finding moderate deposits in the past but they obviously don't spend enough time on the office management of a business. I would venture a guess they shouldn't have even announced anything until it was ready to be done.

The news release doesn't say what the trading symbol is when I actually can see the shares that can be traded.

I am going out on a limb now they will show up in your trading account, as to when I have zero clue when that will be.  Due to the amount of land holdings, the proposed share structure of let's call it 50 million shares, pre inked earn in deals and a minor amount of cash the interesting part will be what the list price is. @SmokeyOB  -  FUU clearly notified shareholders in the Information Cirular that the spin out would trigger a taxable event so its a little late to be complaining about that now.
