Funny thing

About this free dividend is it has to list at $1.20 of higher to average out at the share price decrease it has caused, food for thought.

@ SmokeyOB  -  What?  How did you figure that?
Comment by SmokeyOB on Aug 28, 2024 4:35pm
I'll let you think about that one yourself. Lol

@ SmokeyOB  -  You need to think about it because your figure of $1.20 is nowhere accurate.   F3 has 470M shares outstanding and has a 52 week high of .54 which means that F3 at its very peak was worth 47M X .54 = $251M F4 will have about 47M shares outstanding after the 10:1 dividend dispersal from F3.  A share price of $1.20 for F4 means that it would be worth 47M X $1.20 =  ...more

Should read 47M X $1.20 = $56.4M instead of $564M

There are 10% less shares, I am averaged in at 38.5. So yes I atribute that decrease in value to spinning off the company.

@ SmokeyOB  -  But there aren't 10% less shares.  Got to leave it there but something went wrong for you bro if you didn't receive 100% of your old F3 in new F3 shares and 10% of your old F3 in F4 shares.

That's what I meant. For the 10 cents a share I am down in F3, if attributed to spinning out F4 I need 1.20 per share on F4. Not real complex Greenday, I went to school a long while ago when people did get left behind.  If I loose 10 cents a share on 10x shares of F3 due to the spin out, I require the 10% of the number shares I have of F4 to be worth 10x of F3.

@ SmokeyOB  - There's a good chance that you're going to be disappointed because a share price of $1.20 per share would give F4 a market value of about $56M  (47 million shares X $1.20 per share).  $56M is well above the market value of F4's peers except SASK which is an outlier imho and risky at its current price.   But hey, you never know.  A good hole ...more

SKRR has been drilling already. There is always a trade off such as today where FUU is up. Now I need slightly less.
