RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:VERY CONFUSING..<p> Well, ZERO traction from that conference - the litigation is now over a year, at the minimum there must be some briefs sitting on someone's desk about this BS. </p> <p> As mentioned before, the lawsuit from the old Winview laid out a fairly detailed summary of a number of the patents and various legal views about their veracity. As Helz points out , and obvious to anyone owning shares of entites litigating this stuff, it is slow, but it is rarely silent. There should be some feedback in traction from those filings. Their are contingent fee lawyers waiting to spend winnings - get going , the waiting list for a new Ferrari is growing so they need to move.</p> <p> <br /> <br />
