I haven't heard anything recently about OSK, but I heard over a year ago that they sorely regretted going for Brett before it was clear what was being discovered at Springpole. Grades, feasibility and potential to significantly expand the resource in the large land area make GCU a far better property. I have also heard that the two companies have good relations and the lines of communication

Oh, my bad. I didn't have time to read all these posts but I see from Talisman's recent post that he was talking about a $3.60 buyout offer a year ago. That's more plausible. It would take at least double that now to be a serious offer with the expansion of resource and a NI almost in hand.
