presentation indicates goal is to monetize the REE asset in 2013...this would help...wonder what they can get for this...anyone have any idea?

I believe Troy used the word "significant." There may be a recording of his January presentation in New York still on the website. If I repeated the size of any number here that I may have heard rumored I would be pounced on and pummeled as a pumper by the shorts and the usual suspects. The Japanese are playing their cards very close to the vest so I doubt we will hear any hints until ...more

There is no question that the goal is to monetize the Malawi project and Troy definitely indicated in previous presentations that the intent of this monetization is to fund the production of Springpole.  This is why it is such a significant part of the overall scheme of things.  Geo, you are right in that any details surrounding this has to be kept extremely confidential as any type of ...more

The fact that Akiko and Gold Canyon have the trust of the Japanese is impressive in itself. The deal has already been made in that Gold Canyon has an exclusive license covering the entire Chambe basin, and JOCMEG is GCU's 67% JV partner.
