The stock is in lala land

Market cap at 80m at current level. Even if GDNP had a good Q4 it could turn out to be at 16-17m revenue for the 12months. Valued with a revenue multiple nearing 5 times is utter nonsense. And there is a possibility of another offering or something of that kind with considerable dilution. Even to grow the company at max speed makes sense longterm if they want to become the "Amazon of bioplastics" the stockprice doesn't make sense at this point.

First off your Stockhouse Name has plastic in it so....that goes to show your probly a bio wrap basher. Secondly.....YTD sales are up 50% from last year..... So if next year it only grows at the same rate it will be pumping out 24 million a year in revenues..... Single use plastic is being banned all over the world..... And larger companies once they are rolling (publicly traded) usually trade ...more

As stated in the reply, Good Nature's sales are up 50%, an impressive achievement in a year when economic growth is severely muted by the Covid pandemic. It will be interesting to watch this company's sales and profit growth once the economy gets back on track with increasing vaccine availability in 2021. In addition to the economy, the fact that single use plastic bans are increasingly ...more

That 50% growth rate will be sustainable for the foreseeable future and could accelerate due to government bans on plastic waste and many consumer companies, McDonald’s and Unilever to name a few, have said they will improve their plastic packaging over the next decade.   Add to that, many major retailers have ESG policies that include a recognition of the need to deal with plastic ...more

It's not just McDonald's or Unilever. In every grocery store's fresh produce aisle, small clear plastic bags are used for tomatoes, apples, oranges, beans, pea pods, bean sprouts, mushrooms, or any number of smaller fresh produce purchases. They'll soon be looking to switch to an alternative. Good Natured already has a plant based cellophane-type stretch wrap. I'm pretty sure ...more

More than 78 million tonnes of plastic packaging is produced worldwide every year by an industry worth nearly $198 billion. Just a fraction of that is recycled while the vast majority is thrown away. Plastic litter now clutters every part of our planet, from remote parts of the Antarctic to the deepest ocean trenches.   The plastics packaging crises is an opportunity. $198 billion worth of ...more

A few thoughts 1) I do lean to the opinion that the stock price is ahead of itself, but I thought that at $0.45 too so good thing I didn't sell then to buy back in on a drop 2) Don't confuse revenue with earnings. GDNP does not have positive earnings yet. Perhaps, if the 2021 revenue projection of 24 million comes then positive earnings are a possibility.  Perhaps $0.02 - $0.03  ...more
