Trying to bash a little. Thomson still owns over 500,000 shares and who can blame a guy for selling some stock at Christmas time. It is how directors are compensated after all. It might be worrisome if all of the directors were selling significant portions of their shares, but that is not the case.

That said though... If I was on the board, I wouldn't be inviting Thomson over for drinks anytime soon. Terrible optics during a breakout.

he sold 27% of his entire holding in .80's. I would assume he is selling a lot more over 1.00. Smart man as its overvalued.

Not really that smart selling the before the CEO goes on Bloomberg that may have driven the sp much higher at for a day or two as people took profits. IMO.

Company business change on a daily basis.....maybe he regrets selling at almost 50% discount....it will be crazy not too....
