Why "empty" press releases are not desired here

For those that think GDNP should be churning out all kinds of "fluff" press releases I have a good example of why this doesn't help.

Take a look at NSP - Naturally Splendid Enterprises.  I had the misfortune of investing in them for a short period, and luckily did not lose a lot of money.

Here's the link to their News page - you'll see a steady stream of updates and mostly mundane information:

I believe GDNP is a far better business than NSP will ever be, but my point is there is no correlation between mundane press releases and an improved share price.  

The underlying business is ultimately what determines share price.  The business is responsible for delivering a quality business with improving margins - not creating "fake news" to try and prop up the share price during slow times.

Looking for a news release to stem the tide in a declining share price is not actually going to help the share price as evidenced above.

absolutely right. We just have to keep believing in Paul and his team and focus on long term goals. It can be frustrating at times when we are in these stale or red times, but if you believe in the company and are long  on it, you will be rewarded. People get caught up chasing the next best thing. .

The lack of news is why i am going to miss my $2.00 ...........when one invest in a company is just the same as one buy a portion off a business.............you want to know what the hellllllllll going on on a regular basis...................to gave you a example.................just don't make sense to me when they pick up the covid-19 kit contract that it was not release in the public.......

I think you still don't get it doggy123.  GDNP has already provided guidance that clearly defines what they expect to accomplish in 2021.   The only reason to release news is if the impact of that news will meaningfully alter what they have already told the market. I miss $1.97 just as much as the next guy, but the market is going to do what the market is going

Prediction way off..............$2.00..........it will be higher............GDNP can't predict the future........if so fired all the saleman.............a saleman can sign up a very big contract this years............so on and so on to change everything book wise........................i agree 100% with management here except release more news .....................

100% agree with you.  No need for fluff press releases. This company is all substance.  Growth is what I'm here for, growth is what we will see quarter over quarter.  Yes, $9-10M in revenue for Q12021 is what I am looking for.  Very significant organic and M&A growth over Q1 last year of ~$3M! They usually have their preliminary unaudited top line results available 2

My last rat of news release...............if i am the only one on this board  who care for a new news release................why the helllllllllll they bother releasing Q4...Q1........just for me or what................

I care about Q4, I care about Q1.  I care about ALL MATERIAL events for the Company.   As the business continues to scale, the threshold for materiality, warranting a press release keeps moving up.  That is a GOOD thing. To me, with positive market sentiment (not GDNP specifically, but the broader equity markets), this stock could be in the $3-$4 range before 2020 is done

Because they have a fudiciary responsibility to do those things. It is mandated by the exchange that they file timely and complete financial results so that the market can assess their progress. No, it is definitely not just for you........

@doggy ... Dude we get it, your an inexperienced investor. Your lack of patience is astounding. Every day your on here chirping about lack of news. Results drive the stock price not fluff news. My guess is you bought at an all time high in the stock and your panicking when you shouldn't be. All investments take time.

Smurphette still alive................i will not chat nonsense matarial back and forth with you...........only thing i could mention is i am positive with in all my other stocks except GDNP............but i expect to be positive when Q1 is release.............................were on the same team don't know why you murmured.............this company is GOLD except Green on news

Some of the plastic ban is already in effect......Companies are only using previous stock they have had.............Some will have no choice to order stuffs with green companies and GDNP is sure one of them....................$$$
