I think $1.70 in 12 months might be a bit low - I think $1.70 is achievable by end of year.

It's not that the market didn't like the Q1 preview, it's just that most of the revenue growth from Q1'2020 to Q1'2021 can be explained by Good Natured's two most recent acquisitions. On the positive side, gross margins are still the same, or slightly improved, indicating that the recent acquisitions shouldn't be a drain on the financial future of Good Natured, provided

This is a important point and interested to hear how others view it. Since Q1 2020 two acquisitions were completed that added about $22.5M annual revenue. Not sure how the revenue flows in through the year but if we take a quarter of that figure and assume that roughly $5.5M of the $8M expected revenue for Q1 2021 were the acquisitions that leaves us with a balance that doesnt show much organic

Good observation on the organic growth. I would think that the high organic growth Paul talks about is achieved through cross selling to new customers with the acquisitions. That will take a few quarters to gain traction.
