Share Consolidation

Share Consolidation

Following discussions with a strategic advisory service the Company has been advised that it should proceed with a share consolidation. The Company will be immediately filing for, and seeking approval of, documents relating to the consolidation of the Company's issued and outstanding share capital with the TSX Venture Exchange.

Who is this strategic advisory service and what is the agreement between them and GEM? Did the board take the advice of a company that has not been engaged by the company yet? What would be the terms of the agreement? Is there a firm committment of funds if the company consolidates the stock?

This seems more fishier than fishycat. Why would you consolidate before having a signed agreement with this advisory firm?

Waiting for the pre-dated agreement now. LMAO.

Gracias.

Check out the post on DM Oct. 26 at 11.31 re consolidation. (I'm just too lazy at the moment to type it out again). Check the one following it as well I guess, to get another opinion.

Is this old news or is Tommy about to add to his previous disaster?  If you are looking for some real advice Tommy ask your shareholders.

Old news now Silver. Just sad that they would take advice from a non-engaged advisor without any committment for funding from them. Just another FC disaster. Gracias.

Yesiree TOM...that was a smart move. Consolidate, advice given by stategic advisors. And the board believes by doing this it will attract new investors. LOL LOL LOL. Now 7 cents post consolidation. I gave you strategic advice for nothing.Hard to raise money this way TOM. Maybe you should have another reverse split.

Careful wounded.  Next thing you know Tommy will do another RS based on the whishes of shareholders. Has anyone ever had a positive experience with a RS?  I most certainly have not.

My best one ever had a consolidation just after I bought it along with a name change. I cannot recall that it was for anything but a reduction in total shares. The previous PM screwed it with his trust fund policy. That being said i cannot understand this one with such few outstandibg shares. GEM needs inmy opinion stop chasing the unicorn cleaner tech and start getting this stuff out of the ground ...more

Why the heck for need to bring down to 8000000 shares except to screw current shareholders .

Cant you read Minebluffy? An unnamed and unengaged strategic advisor whispered in his ear and told him it was a good idea to consolidate. Wait for the 5 cent PP with warrant to finish off the current shareholders. The set up was really bad here and was brought up many times. Gracias.
