Court Battle

This play is shaping up to look like a court battle will be happening in the future. With drill results that have been coming out and XIM and GGX claiming rights this could get ugly. This property has a lot going for it but investors/speculators do not like uncertainty. Great location, and an underused mill down the road but mining is very difficult when something like this happens. Past precedent in a court of law doesn't always mean you can predict an outcome and it will be years of litigation if it happens. Nobody wins in this scenario, business is war like Ray Kroc said. In war there are only losers.

Not a chance. Same people involved who own shares in both imo. chris Anderson owns and “runs” both

Agreed, no court battle but XIM will eventually get called out and halted for shareholder manipultion and providing misleading information.
