Is the 70M count you give above the O/S or fully diluted shares? If fully diluted, then insiders own the 25M you are alluding to. Can be in stock, stock options, o/s warrants. There could be institutional ownership. Who knows may Elon Musk has some ownership. LOL.

How can insiders own so many shares(25M)? I(or market) thought they sold most of their shares during the last rally. You could be right....maybe Elon. LOL!!!
